Terms of Trade

1. General

All services provided by Drivon ('the Company') are subject to the following terms and conditions. By engaging our services, you ('the Client') agree to these terms.

2. Carrier's Liability

All goods are carried at Limited Carrier's Risk pursuant to the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017. The liability of the Company is limited to $2,000 per unit of goods unless alternative arrangements are made in writing and any additional insurance premium is paid.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to alter pricing for any changes in the scope of work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for all services is required prior to the dispatch of our vehicle, unless the Client has an approved credit account with the Company. For account holders, payment is due on the 20th of the month following the date of invoice.

5. Cancellations

A cancellation fee may apply if a job is cancelled after a vehicle has been dispatched. The fee will be calculated based on the distance travelled and time elapsed.

6. Vehicle Condition

The Client warrants that they are the owner of the vehicle or have the authority of the owner to engage our services. The Client must disclose any and all faults or conditions that may affect the safe transport of the vehicle.

7. Uncollected Vehicles

The Company reserves the right to charge a storage fee for any vehicle not collected within 48 hours of being notified of its availability. Vehicles not collected within 28 days may be sold to recover costs, in accordance with the law.
